By using this Site, you (“User,” which may be an individual or other entity), agree to these Terms of Use. Please note that these Terms of Use are subject to change at any time, and we encourage Users to check back frequently for changes, updates, and alterations.

All Site design, text and layout, including articles, photos, product graphics, videos, other graphics and content, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by the Company and protected under copyright law. Users may not remove or obscure the copyright notice or other notices contained in this Site. Users cannot reproduce, republish, or redistribute on any network material from the Site without the written consent of the Company.

Idea Submission

Any ideas, proposals and/or other information, including product or service suggestions, submitted to the Company shall be considered non-confidential and property of the Company, unless otherwise previously agreed by the parties. By submitting material to the Site, or directly to the Company, each User agrees that the Company shall not be under any obligation of confidentiality or non-use, express or implied, with respect to any such material. The Company may disclose or use any material for any purpose in any format (written or electronic) whatsoever, at its sole discretion, with no obligation, express or implied, to compensate or work with the User that supplied the material. The individual submitting such material represents and warrants that it is their own work, they have all rights to submit such material and it does not violate the intellectual property rights of anyone.


Linking to the Site is permissible only upon approval of the Company, provided that the link is only to the homepage, you do not remove or obscure, by framing or otherwise, the copyright notice in the Site, you provide notice of such link, and you discontinue providing the link upon request. Governing Law

The Site is controlled by the Company. All claims related to this Site must be brought in the state or federal courts in the State of Iowa and will be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
